The room rates were quite affordable compared to other places in the area. the hotel's location was perfect as it was right in the middle of all the action, making it super convenient to explore. One highlight of my stay was the courteous staff. They were helpful and friendly which made the check-in experience hassle-free.

the air conditioning and TV were not functioning properly, and even after several attempts to have them fixed, nothing was done.

It was in close proximity to a number of local tourist attractions, markets, and eateries. the room and bathroom were both in poor condition and very unclean. the service was unprofessional and unresponsive, despite numerous complaints and requests for assistance. To top it off, the breakfast was of low quality and limited variety.
